Why Become a Certified Peer Supervisor?

In 2021, Senate Bill 69 (SB69) was passed in Nevada. Among other provisions, the law now requires anyone providing peer support services to become state certified through the Nevada Certification Board. The law also requires anyone who supervises individuals providing peer support become certified as an approved supervisor. Sara Cerruto scerruto@forrecovery.org
